Project Info

MoneyMate is a user-friendly spending tracker that allows you to easily create, update, and delete transactions. It provides a clear overview of your expenses on a monthly and yearly basis.

I developed this application using Python, Flask, and PostgreSQL in just one week. This was my first solo project at CodeClan.

As my first full-stack application, I gained valuable experience working with CRUD actions, databases, and CSS. The user interface is inspired by banking services such as Starling and Monzo. One of my biggest challenges was meeting a tight deadline while implementing the features and design, so I am especially proud of how it turned out.

I aim to work on the application's responsiveness in my free time before deploying a working demo.
